California Partnership to End Domestic Violence: This map is a useful tool for finding domestic violence organizations in your community. Listings contain hotline numbers and websites (where available).
Finding Courage and Hope: Financial Support for Women Experiencing Domestic Violence: A published guide that can aid people who find themselves in abusive relationships find financial support and assistance.
A Safe Place: Shelter services for battered women can be accessed through the crisis line, at 510-536-SAFE (510-536-7233).
National Domestic Violence Hotline: Free and confidential 24/7 support line at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233). Live chat also available, as well as many other resources.
Sexual Assault
RAINN Sexual Assault: 24-hr National Sexual Assault Hotline: 1-800-656-HOPE or chat online. RAINN also offers information on sexual assault, tips for what to do following an attack, information on how to help loved ones who have been raped, and a search page for finding local rape crisis centers.
Verity: Crisis line 24/7: 707-545-7273. Verity strives to eliminate all forms of violence, focusing on sexual assault and abuse.
After Silence: On this website, you will find a support group, message board, and chat room for survivors of rape, sexual assault, and sexual abuse.
Bay Area Women Against Rape (BAWAR): 24-hr Sexual Assault Crisis Hotline: 510-845-7273
911Rape: 911Rape offers support for sexual assault victims and a safe, anonymous way to learn how to get help after a sexual assault.
National Center for Victims of Crime, Teen Action Partnership: This toll-free helpline (1-800-394-2255, 8 AM to 8 PM EST) offers supportive counseling, practical information, and referrals to local sources of help.
The National Child Traumatic Stress Network: What Do I Do Now? A Survival Guide For Victims of Acquaintance Rape: This survival guide was designed to help teens understand what acquaintance rape is, the steps they should take after it occurs, common reactions, and ideas for getting help.
Helping Survivors: Helping Survivors mission is to assist anyone who has been sexually assaulted or abused. Their website offers a compilation of information about different instances of sexual violence and resources to assist survivors and their families. They also have a guide on child sex abuse and its long-term impact on survivors.

Out of the FOG: Out of the FOG was launched in 2007 to provide information and support to the family members and loved ones of individuals who suffer from a personality disorder.
